An earlier version of this concept was a static listings showcase — and a real prospect said, honestly, that it wouldn't meet their needs. The brief for this rebuild was to fix that at the root: prove a visitor can actually search, filter, and enquire, and prove the agency behind it can actually manage listings day to day.
The public side covers search and advanced filtering, six full listing pages, two development projects, a neighbourhood guide, and advisor profiles. Behind it sits a working admin console — add and edit listings, move them through draft/published/sold/rented/archived, manage enquiries and advisors — built as an honest frontend demo, not a real backend.
